I love curry bread. Japanese curry bread has solid “Japanese style” curry (potato, carrots, sauce, and meat) cooked inside a lump of dough – then deep fat fried. It’s one of my favorite “on the go” meals – especially when it’s still piping hot from the bakery. I made the mistake of looking up how to make it recently (as well as what the ingredients are) and was shocked to see how unhealthy curry bread really is.
