As you’re reading this, Ryouske and I are in Ghana visiting my parents. This is Ryouske’s first time in Africa – and the first time I’ve visited them there in almost 10 years (wow, time flies!). Most of our yearly family reunions happen in America, where the majority of us live (and can visit without visas and stuff), which is why it’s been almost a decade.
