So one of our good friends came over for dinner last night. He also studied abroad (same time as Ryosuke) at my university. I always ask Ryosuke “what are the weird things I do because I’m American” – for comic ideas, but lately we’ve been having trouble thinking of things. But our friend had tons of really great idea. One of the things that confuses him (and Ryosuke) to no end is the fact I refuse to leave the computer charging while I’m working. The only time I keep the power cord plugged in is when it is actively charging. Once it hits 100%, I unplug it. This can lead to some awkward situations, though, when I’m running around the house looking for the charger when the battery is at critical levels. Like last night.
